The End Of A Legacy?

so right now im sitting at a buddies house waiting for some more people to show up so we can start pre-gaming for the UAA vs UAF hockey game.

anyways today was a sad day at work. it was scott (manager) and Oscar's (assistant manager) last day at the shop. so things are pretty much going to suck with out those two (no offense to those still working there), especially with the owner being there (which = no music or anything that makes that job fun). so i just want to say thanks to those two.

and hopefully i'll get this job on the slope

Well here it goes, welcome to the start of my blog......



well this photo is what started it all for me. before this i never really thought about pictures i was taking, just look through the view finder and snap a shot. but not with this one. this one i actually thought about compostion and had tools that were new to me. this shot was takin in 2002 for my king career center (kcc) photography class, and to this day remains on of my favorite shots.

back when i started to take photography seriously i was very much a filmisist, meaning i was anti digital. but i am quite the opposite. i will still shoot film on occasion.
