Game time

anyways today was pretty eventful, had a class at 9 then went to work then back to school for my classes from 1-3:45 then back to work from 4-6 then to dinner with the madre, then i had a hockey game at 10:30. we won our hockey game by a lot of goals to a little, i scored 3. anyways, i need to write more interesting things.

so here is a picture from the sitzmark bar and grill at alyeska looking out at chair three. today i went snowboarding and it was the best trip yet this year, not because of the snow conditions (which could have been better) but because i wore my old boots that are broken in and dont kill my feet.

Anyways this morning started with me going to pick up a friend from the airport. on the drive to her place we decided to go to alyeska. so i dropped her off at her place, went home and gathered up my gear, picked her up and we headed to the mountain. on the road she told me about her pirate friends and her and a friend went dumpster diving for food, since her friend was broke and had no food (dont ask), and about her trip to seattle. so we get to the resort and go ride till about 430. then head back to town and we go our separate ways. my way was back to my house to clean my room which still isnt done. i worked on that for about an hour or so, then i went to a friends house and watched superman returns, its a decent flick if you were wondering. and now im here.............

wedding bells

First of, let me say that i will never again shoot a wedding again, unless i know at least 50% of the people in attendance. that being said, today was eventful. i shot my first wedding, took about 600 shots, and now i have a lot of editing to do now, i am only really happy with MAYBE 50 shots.. but all in all it was a good learning experience.

tomorrow i am picking up a friend from the airport at 11 and then going to alyeska for a day of snowboarding, ill take some pictures with my camera phone and make a post about it.

Ooops

well so much for a daily post. i have recently gotten back into snowboarding and i am very psyched on that, i have gone to alyeska three times in the last week. also hockey has started up and i am really jazzed about that, all though our team definatly needs to be moved up a league (we had more goals than the other team had shots), it was still fun. hopefully i will post again tomorrow, but who knows.

and maybe from now on ill try to make all the images the same size

A New Leaf

well this is it, the start of a new year. today marks the official start for me, you know getting back into that whole daily grind thing. resolutions for the year include: get in shape, get my finances in order, and move out, wether it be the state or my parents house. anyways its 2 am and i have to work at 9. hope you all had a good new years eve and hope "two double O seven" was better than last year

The End Of A Legacy?

so right now im sitting at a buddies house waiting for some more people to show up so we can start pre-gaming for the UAA vs UAF hockey game.

anyways today was a sad day at work. it was scott (manager) and Oscar's (assistant manager) last day at the shop. so things are pretty much going to suck with out those two (no offense to those still working there), especially with the owner being there (which = no music or anything that makes that job fun). so i just want to say thanks to those two.

and hopefully i'll get this job on the slope
